CEA CAPA Intern船s Abroad is continuously broadening our intern船 opportunities around the world and takes care to align each intern船 with an intern’s experience and area of interest.

Discover the engaging world of 热情好客, where the focus is on delivering exceptional guest experiences across hotels, 餐厅, and event management. Some duties may include but are not limited to:

1. Assisting with Guest Services: Help provide exceptional guest services by greeting guests, handling check-ins and check-outs, and addressing basic inquiries and requests.

2. Supporting Event Coordination: Assist in organizing and managing events by preparing spaces, coordinating logistics, and ensuring all guest needs are met during the event.

3. Managing Reservations: Help manage reservations by processing bookings, 确认细节, and updating reservation systems to ensure accurate and efficient handling of guest arrangements.

4. Coordinating Housekeeping Tasks: Assist in coordinating housekeeping activities by scheduling room cleaning, ensuring cleanliness standards are met, and addressing any maintenance issues.

5. Updating Guest Records: Help maintain and update guest records by entering information into the system, 跟踪的偏好, and ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
